Symphony Park

Grand Central Parkway and Alta, Las Vegas, NV
Developer: Triple Five
In 2004 the Triple Five Corporation proposed a Mixed-Use Development on Land that the City of Las Vegas acquired for the purpose of seeding downtown redevelopment. The scheme included a large central park, with high-density Residential, Office, Retail, and the centerpiece, at Symphony Hall. Ultimately the City decided to pursue development on its own, but loved the name Symphony Park and retained it.
